Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Pre-order items follow the shipping time stated on product page.
2. Shipping Coverage
We ship to most countries worldwide, including Europe, America, Southeast Asia and Middle East. Remote islands and restricted areas are not available for delivery.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
Delivery time is estimated only, delay may occur due to customs clearance, holidays and local logistics.
4. Shipping Fee

- Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination
- Extra fee for express shipping & remote areas
5. Customs & Taxes
Import duties, VAT or customs fees may apply for international orders, which are responsible by buyers. Buyer shall cooperate with customs clearance; return shipping fee for rejected package is borne by buyer.
6. Track Your Order
Tracking number will be sent after shipment. You can track your order in "My Order" on our website.
7. Return & Rejection
Please fill in correct shipping address and contact information. If package is returned due to wrong address, unsuccessful delivery or customer rejection, round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from refund.
